Refund policy
Due to the delicate nature of transporting art, returns and exchanges are not offered on prints or original works of art simply for change of mind.
All artwork is handled with the utmost care during the printing and packaging process. In the unlikely circumstance that your delivery becomes damaged in transit, please photograph the packaging PRIOR to opening the delivery and then photograph the damaged art inside and contact our customer care team within 24 hours of recieving the item at tiffany@nerdubadji.com
All original artworks must be signed for at your delivery address, please note we do not send to Post Office Boxes.
All paintings are professionally photographed in order to display them on our website as accurately as possible. But due to difference in phone and computer screens this can vary slightly- they will not be replaced or returned due to change of mind once they’ve arrived.
Artwork has a natural aging process due to the paints, chemicals. Canvas and environmental factors. Please keep this in mind when investing in art as I do not accept returns based on ageing.
