About Nerdu Badji Education (NBE)

Empowering Pathways. Strengthening Culture. Creating Change.

Nerdu Badji Education (NBE) is an Aboriginal-owned and led organisation dedicated to building safe, inclusive pathways for Indigenous and socially disadvantaged Australians. Founded and directed by Tiffany Hunter, a proud Taungurung woman, NBE provides tailored mentoring, education, and employment programs that create opportunities, reduce barriers, and inspire long-term success.

With Kinaway certification and Supply Nation registration, NBE partners with individuals, schools, businesses, and government agencies to deliver culturally grounded mentoring, training, and consultancy services. At the heart of every program is a commitment to resilience, connection, and cultural identity.

We believe that every person deserves a culturally safe environment in which to learn, grow, and thrive.
Our mission is to:

  • Empower participants through mentoring and skills development.
  • Strengthen cultural identity and community connections.
  • Create pathways to meaningful employment and leadership opportunities.

By weaving cultural awareness into practical skill-building, NBE ensures that First Nations voices and perspectives remain central to future outcomes.
