Tiffany Hunter’s Artist in Residence Program invites students and communities to experience the power of storytelling, truth-telling, and cultural connection through art. Guided by Tiffany, participants co-create meaningful artworks that weave together identity, history, and creativity — leaving behind more than just a canvas, but a legacy of learning, unity, and respect.
Program Overview
- Facilitated by Aboriginal Artist Tiffany Hunter
- Designed to run over storytelling/yarning sessions and collaborative painting workshops
- Participants explore cultural stories, identity, and connection to Country through guided art-making
- Each group contributes their own symbols, stories, and reflections to create a powerful shared artwork

- Connection to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander histories through hands-on creative practice

Past Programs
Tiffany has facilitated residencies at schools including Beverley Hills Primary, where students from Prep to Year 6 collaborated to create vibrant artworks exhibited at the annual Art Show. Each student proudly explained their own symbol, leaving a lasting impact on both the students and the wider school community.
