The Empower Connect Mentor Program is about creating meaningful pathways for growth — developing leaders to become industry mentors, while guiding mentees through career progression, cultural connection, and personal development.
For Mentors:
We provide training that equips leaders with the skills to be effective industry mentors. They learn how to guide, listen, and support with cultural awareness, building workplaces that are inclusive, safe, and empowering.
For Mentees:
Participants are supported through:
- Career progression workshops – building clarity, confidence, and pathways for growth.
- Check-in sessions – ensuring each mentee feels valued, seen, and supported throughout their journey.
- Yarning circles – creating culturally safe spaces for storytelling, connection, and shared learning.
Our program proudly works alongside First Nations peoples, refugees, asylum seekers, and migrants, ensuring that individuals from diverse backgrounds have access to mentorship, career opportunities, and community strength.
